I know this is alot to read but PLEASE READ IT, im so worried about these baby snakes

I got these two 3.5 month old baby red tail boas because a friend of a friend of a friend was moving away and couldnt keep them. We got two lovely corn snakes last year. Why two? Well that's my fault; I couldn't decide which baby snake was cutest the Carolina corn snake in deep reds and browns or the unusual Snow corn snake - so we got both!
They have lived together in the same tank happily ever since. I only separate them for feeding.
the kids named them Pinky and Perky; well, what else would you call a pink one and a red one?
They've been really active lately, and Pinky has been putting on weight in her rear end!

The girls did, in fact, go to the vet yesterday.

Nina got a second oppinion about her abcess. In the end, the two vets agreed that it did not need to be opened again. The thinner, less green fluid was actually a good thing. Her course of antibiotics was continued.
She takes an intramuscular shot of 0.3ml every other day. She took one today. The next one will be on the 4th, then one on the 6th, then the 8th. The last one will be on the 10th.

I just gave Nina the last of the baytril shots today. After I checked everyone in the outbuilding, I came to check on Nina before going to bed. She'd crapped in her cage, so I took her out to clean it.

She smelled sweet. A stickly sort of sweet that's unmistakable to anyone who's come across it before.

My first thought was to check her abcess. Sure enough, the scab from her insision site was loose and a grey-green fluid was leaking around it.
